Great place to eat, terrible place to work. - Server 131 Main Employee Review

Not so great lunches. Can work a full lunch and make 50 bucks. about 10$ an hour. Can do well, but don't bet on it. Management sees you as a number and nothing more. Training is grueling(you have to pass a mock wait to even be able to serve, and even then, you only start with a 2 table section), and if you get three negative reviews that specify your name, you are fired, no questions, or ability to explain the situation. Not great.
