I worked at 123FormBuilder for 5+ years and I can honestly say that the employee contribution is truly valued.
There are opportunities to be promoted down the road if that is what you are after. I first got promoted after 9 months.
Great work-life balance: management cares you get stuff done, no one clocks your hours and employees are trusted and supported to do their job.
What I also like is that management is down-to-earth/easy to approach, unlike other companies where you have no contact with upper management whatsoever.
Feedback is always appreciated (even the negative one).
There is an online monthly show&tell with company updates where everyone is welcomed to ask questions - so you don’t have to worry about transparency.

Not much to add here - there have been a few growing pains in the past, it is a fast-paced industry and things sometimes change so you need to be adaptable and embrace change.
