- Staff turnover is super high so most of the pros have already churned. - If you're motivated by equity and growth then you can't really argue with the investment 11X has been getting - Even if you rack up just 3 days of 11X experience on your CV, recruiters on LinkedIn will be desperate to talk to you
Cons
- Most of the work on the tech side is unproductive and unrewarding and you're unlikely to build legit experience in AI - Long hours, late evenings, early mornings, and weekends, in part imposed by the culture and in part exacerbated by frequently recurring technical issues - Not exactly diverse; heavy bro vibes; "fast paced environment" if you know what I mean. - Capricious leadership: best buds...when things go well. Tells you exactly what you want to hear to keep you on board. Maybe works favourably for a week or so until it reverts to the norm. - 5 days a week in the office, no hybrid, but the office environment is unwelcoming and quite toxic when tempers fire up. Hard to put your head down and get on with work when heated criticism of colleagues' work fills the room.
