We have been diligently working on bettering some of these aspects of the company for the last year, to include: A full launch of a Career Success and Leadership Development Platform, more streamlined communications, and monthly all-hands with in-depth information on the direction of the company, work, etc. Please feel free to reach out to us and let us know if we can do anything to help.
