      113 is extremely innovative in what we do, and it's exciting to be working for a company that is always looking for ways to improve. The benefits are good, especially for a small company. Management has a very open-door policy and is very attentive to our growth.

      Has the quirks of a small company, so if that's not your thing, then that could be a con!

      Dynamic people from the owners to the employees Good customer base Open to new ideas and brainstorming is a regular experience I would not have traded my time there for anything short of a dream job

      Early stage company results in rather low pay for me.
