Many people continue working here for 10+ years because of these nice benefits and great coworkers. The company has made a lot of positive changes in the last 6-7 years under the leadership of the current CEO and management teams.

Can have lean teams with a lot of responsibilities.

They adopted remote work before it was a thing. The company had stable publications that were transitioning to digital.

Pay increases were minimal and there isn't a lot of growth opportunity.
