Firing people after 2 months at MIDNIGHT via email with no explanation. You all are heartless and soulless. Get your act together. You are messing with ADULTS' lives - people with families and children. You knew what was going to happen, so why not tell us in advance? Think about this happening to you or a loved one. Or maybe not, since you all seem to be sociopathic. Everything has been annoying from the start: ineffective communication, favoritism, pay, and lack of flexibility. If you are reading this and are desperate, PLEASE do not waste your time. Find a company who values you as a part of their team and as an individual.
