Pros
There are people at 11:59 that geniunely care and want to do the right and ethical thing for the customer and the team. WFH flexibility.
Cons
If you look at the recent positive 5 star reviews, they were all posted on the same day. While I hope those employees have had a positive experience, I can safely say that I (and many others) have had a very different experience since the new leadership has come in at 11:59. Mass Layoffs, nepotistic hires, lots of expected unpaid overtime with no notice, no raises, inappropriate company culture / constant profanity from leadership, words from leadership of not caring about the client, lack of product understanding.
