      There is zero room for advancement, raises are never given (my salary is significantly below the reports on this site), totally unorganized leadership that can't seem to focus on where they want to go

      Pros

      Respectful to employees of all diversities. Great if you know how to create your own success. I enjoyed a meeting where colleagues showed off their talents in art and music.

      Cons

      As a small company, you may find them to be a little unorganized at times. It took some time to find out what services and solutions they have delivered to clients. My first offer was a low-ball offer. I negotiated and ended up 20% higher.
