      Pros

      10x is a small team that is constantly working to be better in every way. There are weekly calls to make sure everyone is alright while working from home and it's always a great way to start the week. The company makes you feel included even before you start and does not judge you for any type of difference you may have. They're truly an amazing team!

      Pros

      10x Management acts as your agent – finds interesting high end tech gigs through a strong network of contacts, recommendations, word of mouth, and press coverage.

      Cons

      Work can be uneven, but in my experience within 3-6 months I was established with a stable stream of work.
