      Pros

      Okay people, Working from home and location of the office is good.

      Cons

      Office is pretty boring, just work space without extra for the employe not even a place to seat that is not your work station. Bad management, direct managers are bullies and have no idea how to manage the employees. Salaries are super low compere to the market. Product is super old and boring, HR will "Sell" it as something nice and cool. Bottom line is that you always feels like you are on the "Losers" Team with this company.

      Pros

      The people are kind and supportive, with a pleasant atmosphere and great WLB. Managers respect your time, the hybrid model is convenient, and you truly feel valued for your work.

      Salaries are not very competitive compared to the market.
