      Pros

      CEO is driven and personable. You walk past his office every day when you come in, there is no bureaucratic separation between yourself and your leadership. Company is small enough to still feel very team-oriented, but growing at a phenomenal rate which means opportunity for you to grow as well. Good hiring standards, the people brought into key positions are the RIGHT people. Business Support Center, has knowledgable, efficient and competent leaders. Benefits Paid Time Off Great Company Culture and Value systems.

      Cons

      Pay (but who couldn't use more money?) Nothing outside of that.

      - Fast growing company! Fast-paced and exciting - Lots of opportunities to direct and take control of your career - Decent benefits (health, dental, 401k) - Company culture and work environment are incredibly welcoming, positive and nurturing. You feel like you're voice matters and you're truly contributing to the growth of the business. - INCREDIBLE work/life balance! - Fun team and morale-building events

      Pros

      CEO and all of upper management have a great open door policy. Everyone is super easy to connect with and make contact to. There is a definite sense of team within the workplace, everyone is busy within their departments to make the business thrive as a whole. The vision and sense of impending growth fuels each work day.

      Cons

      With any younger and smaller companies, growth comes with change and change can be a rocky road before it smooths out. Remaining optimistic, diligent and learning from each small failure fast helps aid in this process.
