Typical growing pains of a young company in a very competitive and expanding space Sometimes we move too quickly for our own good The core technology is so versatile it can be hard to explain Not a place for those who don't truly LOVE (and understand) Big Data technology. Generally only "healthy" snacks/refreshments. More vision/discussion about career growth opportunities Some folks have been here so long, they are spoiled by the great culture (and have limited external perspective).
