Pros
Despite a small foot print at their home office, 101 Mobility is one of the fastest growing franchise companies in the nation, and IS the fastest growing in Wilmington. Management here knows that their people will make or break the company and seems to pay attention to things like maintaining a positive culture and a nice work environment. The employees make up very much a family type vibe with everyone looking out for everyone else. The company is stable & growing and looks like it will be providing growth opportunities for years to come.
Cons
The job may entail dealing with franchisees, who as independent business owners can offer unique challenges but I find that enthralling more than frustrating. Having a small staff means people often have to do jobs outside their scope or "below their level," I'm not sure that's really a con but it can get in the way of your normal responsibilities, however I'd take the intimacy of a small company over the red tape of a large one any day.
