This company I believe has some offices that run well and have a great system however the Loveland location is not one of them. When I started the old owners had set this place up for failure with terrible management and the management brought in was not much better. It was apparent from the start that the office is struggling financially and as an entry level position some how you are held responsible for that even in first and second month of employment. No benefits. No PTO. High stress environment. This job is a sales job point blank . It’s hard to gage that until you’re in it but if you didn’t sign up to work in sales just beware. After leaving I felt like it as a fever dream compared to the company I’m with now. Manager/ doctor is a micro manager and is a nice guy, but has NO leadership skills.
