      Pros

      A stepping stone to get into the industry although it won't guaranteed you to land offers from major LSPs. Coworkers are mostly friendly.

      Cons

      Working with oversea production teams can be frustrated and annoyed due to cultural difference and language barrier. The owner is ambitious but lack of clear vision and full of sporadic action plans. It drives the team crazy. Pay tends to be on the lower end.

      - Other entities within the organization, if you are looking to go into a different field - Diverse - Good benefits - Central - good location - Easy work environment - was able to learn about different cultures and learn new languages

      Cons

      - Very limited career growth - Difficult to move up - Small company - Majority women / various personalities
