1. Colleagues are generally friendly. They can be helpful too at times 2. Good place to start at if you're a fresh grad or early career
Cons
1. Like some of the other reviews mentioned, there's a lot of blaming when things go wrong. CEO is focusing on the wrong aspects of the business. Instead of opening new concepts, focus on fixing current issues (eg: bad customer experience, promotional mechanics) 2. Terrible work-life balance. People are constantly pinging you on whatsapp and overworking shouldn't be glorified. 3. Two-faced colleagues 4. Messy processes internally 5. Long meetings that don't always come to a consensus
