Strong company perks include healthcare and death-in-service plans. A new incentives system has been introduced in 2024, offering staff a kickback on all project work accepted by clients.

The salary seems below average for the sector but meets or exceeds the living wage. Documentation is not always kept up-to-date or easy to find in some areas. Plans are being put in place to address this, but they will take time to implement.
