      The benefit is quite good but no clear policy and if you want to have higher salary, you should change your job and then go back. The salary review mechanism is very bad

      Great people, great work atmosphere, domestic and international travel

      Cons

      Upper management lacks clear direction and makes poor decisions, limited opportunity for growth, travel is sometimes very last minute and over weekends/holidays
