Pros
After 3 years in Tappx, what makes this company different is the great people (and friends made), transparency from management and focus on getting the job done (no politics, no bullsh*t). Initiative is rewarded and merit given if you work hard.
Cons
Being a smaller, younger company, there is room for improvement in organization, policies, HR, etc... Some people may not be comfortable with the uncertainty and pressure of working in a high-pace environment.
