      Pros

      Co-workers were friendly and from many different places. You read a lot about current medical research. Job of editorial researcher doesn't require much prior knowledge.

      Cons

      Employees have little to no rights during their probationary period which lasts six months. Incidents of bullying (manager has left but environment that enabled bullying still present). Not disability friendly. No opportunities to grow and learn. Low salary, highly repetitive work

      -Lots of expats to get your network up - Good work-life balance

      Cons

      - Not many career opportunities provided - No training provided - Very hierarchical and cliquey - Wages are not sufficient, even full time workers have a difficult time making ends meet
