      Pros

      It is so great to be part of an organization that is advancing swim equity in our city and raising awareness of water quality issues through innovation!

      Cons

      It is a small team so its sometimes hard to get everything done that needs to be done. The team and leadership is pretty incredible to have done so much with so little resources, unlike anywhere else I've ever worked.

      Huge community and lots of networking opportunities All team members/staff are passionate about the work Never get bored Constantly learning Team is always open to new ideas

      Small team Sometimes you have to work with City Government Stop and go sometimes when government bureaucracy gets in the way

      Salary was really good for being an internship, learned quite a bit

      one white employee made job uncomfortable with remarks that had really racist undertones, never saw anyone call her out
