Toxic culture and unpaid dues create major red flags - Assistant Manager .Kreate Employee Review

Extremely unprofessional and unethical work environment at Kreate Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Even after serving my full notice period, my Full & Final (FNF) settlement remains unpaid after several months. Repeated follow-ups were ignored, and HR stopped responding completely. Management clearly admitted financial issues but refused to provide any written assurance or timeline for clearing dues. Employees are also pressured to sign false declarations stating FNF has been received in order to get relieving and experience letters. This reflects a serious lack of integrity, transparency, and employee respect. I strongly caution job seekers to think twice before joining this organisation.
