Pros
Probably good folks around to work with is the only positive i can think of in this company otherwise this is a totally screwed up place with insane management in place.
Cons
1) Management is totally clueless on how to execute projects. 2) Though they call themselves as Product company but they are nothing like that. Its just ship the crappy solution for the customers. 3) They dont understand the meaning of Product Development. 4) They expect employees to work 7 days a week, every week, but dont want to pay them for the effort that the employees put in the company. The CEO is only worried about his money. 5) They use the concept of startup and established company with convenience. They want employees to stretch like in a startup, but they dont give stocks to the employees. 6) There is no concept of Work-Life balance in the company.
