      This company has no real direction and structure

      Pros

      The team members are all down to earth and work hard to assist. Team leads do a great job to be aligned with issues and expectations. It's great working with the client and learning much about their ecosystem. There are a lot of trainings and its a challenging experience each day

      Cons

      Salaries are terrible - there are no real incentives to keep pushing and delivering. Bryan has no idea what he is doing and each interaction sounds like he is making flows and processes on a day by day basis. Its still a very undefined line who is our team lead and direct report? Doesn't feel like there is any possibility for growth

      Lots of important lies

      lower management was nice, clean and professional environment, Easy job.

      Cons

      Multiples Lies from corporate. Upon Hiring we were promised - About 21 days PTO -Paid Holidays -Permanent position These were removed and they had us resign the offer letter, very sneaky but I learned to read everything. Day to day job changed a lot Also it turned out to be a temp position contingent on whether or not the contract would be re-signed.
