Pros
Worked for corporate. The staff is great. Training is minimal in almost any position so make sure you can swim in the deep end. They have good benefits.
Cons
The senior staff can be micro-managers. Prepare to be a “chair warmer.” It doesn’t matter how good you are at your job or how many hours you put in, you better be in your chair during office hours. The pay is also VERY low for other jobs in the industry. At Embrey I made less than 1/2 the “average” salary for my position at other companies in SA. I left and w/ in 3 months more than doubled my salary, with a bigger company, working less hours and had much less stress.
