      -Fast-Paced -Transparency -Many opportunities for growth -Feels like a big family -Rewarding benefits and satisfying pay

      -Team members being in other time zones globally can cause issues at times -It can be tough if you have another job that is not online

      -The team is passionate about the work it does -The work seems meaningful -Being a startup (at time of writing) there is plenty of room to grow, learn new things, and dive into new crafts. -Workplace (digital) is fairly comfortable and the individual members within the organization are all pretty talented but grounded - a pleasure to work with -No shortage of work to do (if you hate idle jobs) -Diverse team with a variety of backgrounds

      Cons

      -It's a startup, ultimately, so there are inefficiencies and areas that can be improved upon but nothing deal-breaking for me.
