In HR, we have been forced to realize that the Executive Team is only out for themselves and not the employees. They fire every manager and put people on PIP/discipline without a voice in order to negate their thoughts. In HR we try to provide a safe place for employees but the Executive Team believes they are invincible and that all their managers and employees suck at their jobs. In fact, the executive team actually rolls their eyes when HR tries to suggest something. Current HR Director took away many programs and policies to help employees. The CFO is rude, nasty, and arrogant. The CEO doesn't even visit locations on a yearly basis.
