Pros

I attended a legal walk with the company and had a great experience. The team was welcoming, professional, and genuinely enjoyable to be around. It’s a great company to work for, with a diverse and inclusive culture that brings together people from different backgrounds and perspectives. Everyone was friendly, supportive, and clearly passionate about what they do. A lovely bunch of people, and I would highly recommend the company to anyone looking for a positive and collaborative working environment.

Cons

Sometimes can be lonely working with a lot of people who are remote

Thank you for such a warm and thoughtful review, and for more than five years with us. Hearing that our people are friendly, supportive, and passionate about what they do is the kind of feedback we cherish. We're proud that our inclusive culture came through so clearly, and that an event like Legal Walk could bring it to life. Community is at the heart of who we want to be. Your point about remote work sometimes feeling lonely is a fair one, and it's something we're mindful of. We want every person to feel connected, even at a distance. Thank you for recommending us, and for being such a valued part of the team.

Pros

Great culture and genuinely supportive people. Elevate really lives its values, there’s a strong sense of teamwork, openness, and respect across teams. As an Office Manager, I’ve had a lot of autonomy and variety in my role, from running office operations to supporting leadership and organising events, which keeps things interesting. I do LOVE my job! I also LOVE my team and the people I work with. There’s also a real focus on employee wellbeing and engagement, with regular initiatives and a positive, inclusive environment where you feel valued. Overall, a great place to grow and feel part of a Global team.

Cons

As a growing company, things can move quickly and priorities may shift, which can take a bit of getting used to.

Thank you for this heartfelt review, and for more than five years with Elevate. It's a joy to read that you LOVE your job, your team, and the people you work with. That kind of enthusiasm is the best signal we could hope for. What stands out most is your line that Elevate really lives its values. That's exactly what we aspire to, and hearing it from someone who has been part of the journey for five-plus years means more than almost any other feedback could. A strong sense of teamwork, openness, and respect across teams, paired with a real focus on wellbeing and engagement, is the culture we work hard to protect. Your point about shifting priorities in a fast-growing company is fair, and your advice to keep communication open and transparent as we scale is well taken. Thank you for being such a valued part of the London team and the wider global Elevate family.
