I worked there for 3.5 years leading up new business and I can honestly say it was the best team I have ever worked with. There are some amazingly talented people in the organization and once everyone got the boat rowing in the right direction, it made for an amazing professional and personal experience. Did creative and strategy/accounts butt heads from time to time? Sure. But that means people are passionate about doing great things, and doing them together. Lots of perks, lots of fun, lots of great people, and lots of greet things to come if I were a betting person.
Cons
Really nothing to complain about. During my time there was the mentality that being in the office 8-9 hours a day was the only way to be productive. But since covid, I’d imagine this has since changed and the philosophy or outputs, not inputs has become the norm.
