      Pros

      1. Built long lasting relationships with people I worked close with. 2. Met kind people who were easy to work with in a team environment. 3. The work itself was interesting and I liked coming into work.

      Cons

      1. The company appears to place higher emphasis on employees with long-standing tenure, which, while commendable, sometimes results in long tenured individuals engaging in bullying behavior without facing appropriate repercussions. 2. Conflict at this company is infrequent, but HR may benefit from additional resources to effectively address conflict between employees. 3. Even if you have above average performance, your income will only be adjusted for inflation YoY unless you are promoted.
