Pros
At first there a lot of good tasks and set of used technology. Cutting edge products. Good team with funny atmosphere.
Cons
All of employees are overloaded with different tasks and responsibilities(huge targets and tiny teams for realizing it). There wasn't industrial approach in testing and CI (Jenkins and so on). Management uses some unfair tricks. There is no way to grow in the financial aspect.
