Pros

Not sure I could think of any. It's been stressful for me since day 1. There were no benefits either and salary was actually poor. I choose to work because if its location. Didn't know how it was really like in the company or I wound't have accepted the job here.

Cons

The most stressful thing about working here is having that fear of suddenly losing your job without warning and good reason! A lot of employees have lost their job all of a sudden because the owners and management have decided it to be so! And most of them have spent months searching for new employment because they weren't prepared, give enough warning and time to look for a new one! I pity all the former employees and we don't want to experience the same thing, but it could happen to anyone! So we fear that it could be us every single day!

Pros

My job is relatively easy relative to my credentials.

Cons

I work for Eldon James only because I'm desperate. But I'll leave this company as soon as I find a better opportunity. The salary here is bad. and employees are constantly micromanaged by the leadership. Not to mention that some of our supervisors can be verbally abusive and rude at times. I dislike this kind of work environment

Pros

The job itself was straightforward and easy to learn.

Cons

Nothing made the role more frustrating than the constant micromanagement. Every small detail of the work was monitored as if mistakes were expected at any moment. Instead of trusting employees to complete simple tasks, supervisors constantly checked progress and questioned productivity. That level of oversight made an already repetitive job feel unnecessarily stressful. Over time, it became exhausting to work in an environment with so little autonomy.
