Get experience, Deal with Managers, Move on for better pay
Pros
You have to almost TRY to get in trouble to be fired. So as long as you show up you got job security. People are great, made tons of friends. One of the best ERP systems I've used. One of the few marine companies NOT on the Cape.
Cons
You'll never get a raise unless you suck up to management. Managers care about money. You ship more stuff, they get a bonus. So they'll push you and squeeze every minute of your work. If that's not bad enough be prepared for pro-gun, anti-vaxx, hateful against LGBT (and really non-white males), and toxic-masculinity as common among managers. You'll see you efforts rewarded with a pizza party. The mentality of most is to blame other workers for issues rather than managers who I genuinely questioned what they did. Without manager Jeff I'd probably have just kept looking for a job after starting here after my first encounter with manager Dan. Dan was bullied as a kid and takes it out on everyone rather than stop the chain of hate.
