There is no concept of logging out, people will call/message any time of the day/night and expected to respond. This culture is normalised.

Experienced candidates won't learn anything from the hierarchies . Finally their favourite past time is to hire and fire people. Many highly experienced and hard working employees were fired due to the incompetency of the hierarchy management. (NOTE: I wasn't fired) Dont go for fake reviews by their hr recruiters.
