It’s a small company so you’re gonna need to be flexible and wear multiple hats from time to time. But if you’re ever feeling overwhelmed - you can tell your team and get help.

Owner provided poor insight into needs of the company and preferred methods of communication/responsibilities. Doesn't listen to employee concerns and/or ideas for business development. Too concerned with gossip and lunch orders. They will fire you if they think you are a threat to their leadership and not offer remediation/warning for any concerns regarding work performance. Doesn't have consistent work coming in to sustain a full staff because they have kept themselves in an echo chamber. Not very inclusive, very passive aggressive.
