Pros
As a financial analyst, the pay was above industry average. Standard benefits are included in the offer and the personnel you are surrounded with are funny, friendly and are devoted to working completely and accurately to the best of their ability. The accounting team is very knowledgeable and excellent at doing their duties.
Cons
Unfortunately, there are no faces of color in management. Most employees that are promoted are promoted via internal politics and the entire company functions in something of a fish bowl. Managers do not readily share information nor devote much time to developing or grooming their subordinates to move on. There is no career pathing and the "good old boy network" takes care of their on. Upper management is unprofessional and often degrading to employees.
