Tight due dates, usually due to poor communication/management. Usually end up working close to 50-60 hour weeks most weeks when its busy. Company is not respectful to employees and expects you to over preform and does not compensate you for it. "A pat on the back dosent pay your bills". A-Players will not be rewarded for their effort.
