      Great community, Faith based, beautiful place, safe place to deal with emotional issues, opportunity to be family to the hurting.

      Cons

      Difficult to be involved anywhere else/schedule makes it hard to have outside social life.

      Eagle Ranch has a great community and is a great place to work. Everyone is very kind and supportive. Eagle Ranch offers lots of experience in any field you might work in.

      Occasional late working hours and on call routines.
