It has no pros. it is really a company to keep away from.
Cons
The management applies the policy of "terrify your employees" to get more productivity. I was afraid each time I had to speak with my direct boss.

Pros
Great company for technical driven engineers. This is a mid-size, very competent company, with lots of exciting projects poping up on a daily basis. Different business units, all mixed up, create an atmosphere that almost any project can be achieved. This a good company for an entry level engineer as he/she will exposed to a wide range of projects, ranging from industrial automation, to telecom, software development, digital signage solutions, etc.
Cons
Only for technicians! this a corporation not very much interested in anyhing else.
