      Pros

      I've worked here for a couple months now and it has been the best experience. No matter your position in this job, your voice will be heard.

      Cons

      I thought working remote would be a pro for me, but now I wish I was in the office with everyone. There would be an option for me to do this, but I'm too far from the location to make that work at this time.

      Pros

      No matter your position in the company your opinion is heard. They are always adapting to changes and looking for innovative new techniques. Even though I work remotely I feel like I am part of the team due to the regular communication. They are a growing company. I feel like the work that I am doing is valuable and can make a positive impact for the communities that we are working with.

      Cons

      They have grown a lot this year which means they are still working on improving some of the strategies and techniques that they use. But everything has improved drastically since I started working here less than 3 months ago.

      Pros

      Laid back staff who were pretty easy to communicate with. Staff tried their best to make things fun and make everyone feel included. The staff also tried their best to make sure everyone felt like they were getting something out of the internship

      Cons

      Lots of back and forth on if the interns were going to be paid or not and a lot a lot of hours to be an entirely unpaid internship. Lots of projects are sprung upon you last minute which can be very tricky if you’re having to work other jobs due to it being unpaid. Things seemed pretty unorganized a lot of them time.
