ESTsoft is a company on life support that should have been dead already. They know it, their remaining unhappy customers know it. There's no commitment to product enhancement, no vision for the future and a lot of fake career growth promises. Among the too many cons you can expect: Favoritism for a few individuals, unequal treatment between Korean employees and others, HORRIBLE pay, a lot of stupid "be quiet" rules, sexism to its fullest extent, management mistreatment (they will try to make you feel small and inferior), gossip environment, no communication between teams and did I mention horrible pay? NO 401k, no transparency.

Pretty much everything: 1. The Director/HR/Business dev guy isn't qualified (pretty much fell into the position via attrition) 2.High level Management almost exclusively Korean. This wouldn't be bad if they weren't racist. There is blatant pay discrimination. If you evaluate a Korean employee against non-Korean employees, they make many times more. They also get more benefits. 3. You are not allowed to speak in the work environment. The CEO gets upset if he catches you during his 2 hour work-day (you heard that right). 4. Some people are unbelievably bad at their jobs. 5. No future vision -- unless you count crappy mobile titles. 6. You'll get promotions without pay -- you'll have your titles stripped into different things on a yearly basis. Last but not least, they have been blatantly conducting illegal work policies. Not properly granting Overtime. Deducting used PTO from final pay (which is against CA state law). Not properly paying you for travel activities.
