Flex time depending on the position Opportunity to learn about the 3D laser printing technology Learn/use Microsoft outlook, and Constant Contact - so good basic CRM and writing ops Days are busy so they don't get boring, and constant learning keeps things interesting
Cons
Super fast paced, excessively so in my opinion Expected to multitask and be interrupted endlessly, to the point of utter mental exhaustion My manager had unrealistic expectations of how much we needed to get done - wanted both quality, quantity, and 20 things done at the same time, or I had to stay late. No matter how efficient I was, my failure to meet my manager's unrealistic expectations (or when I succeeded, it was because I stayed super late) always made it seem like I wasn't working hard enough Manager was obviously stressed out all the time, which rubbed off on employees - she'd answer emails outside of work time (even at 3 am) and expect us to be able to keep up
