      Pros

      There used to be some advantages at working here, old management was good and I built true friendships at that time.

      Cons

      Actual management is super toxic, a lot of psychological harassment. They abuse their devoted and great employees, 4 person had a burnout within 2 years under the same director. HR are sold to managers/directors and doesn’t protect employees against the toxicity. You are asked to save a sinking ship alone and there are a lot of pressure for performances. Do not recommend at all.
