Research and development in close collaboration with international universities, Interesting job environment, challenging problems to solve every day, Great international team of young people, flexible working hours + free coffee
Cons
Up to now it is mainly R&D - can be challenging - a lot of work and a lot to learn, but don't know if this is a con. Since it is a small company multitasking skills are required.
