Pros
-You get to work remotely -Flexible Schedule -Learn about digital marketing -Responsive work environment over Slack
Cons
-Abysmally low Pay -Treat their employees as disposable -Will boot you off the system as soon as they end your contract -They will track you using a software, which makes working uncomfortable -Very corporate when it comes to their jargon -Most of their employees are from third world countries now because it's "cheaper" labor, but it's just more ways to exploit their workers -They expect the best and most skilled, but they do not pay their employees what they are worth -They claim that they have family values when it comes to their team, but they will chuck you away like you are nothing to them if you cannot provide hours or results -Poor organization in the company and even poorer management. Don't expect the management to help you, to train you properly, or even know what is going on with their accounts.
