the money is nice you don't work everyday, a lot of free time you get to travel in the world for free great people to work with

Cons

you don't get paid untill take off the pilots aren't always fun to work with the israeli passengers are thogh the job can be very hard phisically sometimes you have to get up in the middle of the night for a flight
