Pros

Work at home, livable wage, some benefits (bare minimum) nice coworkers

Cons

Disorganized. Management tries to assert dominance through constantly criticizing your performance and threat of job loss. Major turn over. Supervisors rarely take calls from customers who want to speak to them. Customer satisfaction is secondary to beating the competitor. Managers try and guilt trip you into taking over time. Benefit package is lousy. Customers are usually angry after getting bad service and lies from the competition

Pros

they're very respectful people ... flexible ... nice colleagues and some mangers are good as well

Cons

very law paid... they do whatever it takes not to give you the promised bonus ... either your AHT is high our you failed the quality or your did not make sup cars ... or u came late or your Ccat is not good ... at the end you will never get your bonus
