Friendly managing partner, friendly admin staff, organized company structure, very reasonable salary/PTO, busy season not as intense as some other CPA firms

Inconsistent communication, mixed messaging on performance, unclear expectations, some shortcoming in how they handle remote employees. There are some brilliant accountants in this firm but it was easy to feel intimidated. Felt like an outsider and more of a number on a spreadsheet than an actual person.
