Difficult t find any pros other than the reputation from the past of this being a good company
Cons
Company is in a constant state of chaos. All decisions for any actions or expenditures over 1k US$ require written applications and can only be decided on by Switzerland head office. Company operates in 1960's obsolete military principles of CCC (Command Control Correct). The most dysfunctional company I have ever worked for.

pathatic company , especially with current president who has no idea about how to work and always busy in personal work

swiss managment is totally stupid do not know how to handle multi location businesses ...good for freshers only
